Project Directorate on Poultry (PDP)
is the constituent institute of Indian Council of Agricultural Research situated
in the historic city of Hyderabad, the
capital of southern state of Andhra Pradesh. PDP is located
on Acharya N G Ranga Agricultural University campus near the entrance arch on
Mehidipatnam ring road.
PDP is about 20 Kms from
Secunderabad Railway Station and about 12 Kms from Hyderabad (Nampally) Railway
Station of the South Central Railway. Rajiv Gandhi International Airport, Shamshabad,
Hyderabad is about 22 Kms away from PDP. The city buses (APSRTC), which ply
through PDP from city are 94R, 94H (from Koti) and 92R, 92N (from
Mehidipatnam).
