ICAR-DPR Celebrated National Productivity Week, 12-18 Feb 2019
National Productivity Week was celebrated at ICAR- Directorate of Poultry Research Rajendranagar Hyderabad from 12th Feb to 18th Feb, 2019 with a aim to generate productivity consciousness across the country. Inaugural function was conducted on 12/2/19 and Dr.R.N.Chatterjee, Director, DPR graced the occasion and highlighted the importance of the theme "Circular Economy for Productivity and Sustainability". Two experts, Dr. K. Alwal Reddy, M D (Layer Parent Production), Venkateshwara Hatcheries and Mr.Shravan Gattu, Senior Engineer, Viven Farms Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad spoke on topics viz., Practical aspects of poultry production and on Usage of poultry waste respectively on the Inaugural function day. Different competitions were conducted throughout the week, like, essay, quiz and slogan competitions. Staff of the Institute participated actively. Prizes were distributed to the winners of the different competitions on valedictory day.
