National Science day celebrated at ICAR-DPR, Hyderabad
ICAR-Directorate of Poultry Research, Hyderabad celebrated National Science Day on 28th February 2020. Dr. GR Yugandhar, MS (General Surgery), Swamy Hospital and founder president of a spiritual organization named THE WORLD UNITED graced the Science Day celebration as chief guest. In his address he emphasized awakening of Human Consciousness and need for inner transformation and freeing mind from unwanted thoughts to improve chance for better success in research and innovation. He demonstrated method to Awaken the Hara (Belly) Consciousness to bring calmness and transform the mindsets which may lead to Self-Realization thus putting an end to all diseases and suffering. Dr. S.S. Paul, Principal scientist, DPR briefed about the genesis and achievements of the institute including flagship research areas. Director I/c Dr. SV Rama Rao thanked the chief guest for giving DPR staffs a detail demonstration on the mind control process to reduce stress. An exhibition to showcase new technologies, varieties developed by the institute and information on chicken and eggs was also organized where about 500 school children from different Schools of Hyderabad visited the institute stall.
